AI receptionist for aesthetics clinics in Oakville
A consult enquiry that reaches voicemail is usually a consult that books somewhere else. Most cash-pay aesthetics clinics in Oakville run a front desk that is busy with the patient in the room, closed evenings and weekends, or both. Menchi answers the phone in those hours, books the appointment, and writes down what the caller asked for.
What we found in Oakville
We reviewed 18 clinics serving Oakville. 14 of them take bookings through a form on their own website or have no online booking at all.
Booking and practice software actually seen on those sites: Zenoti, Square Appointments, Jane App.
Every clinic's own website was reviewed individually to record the booking surface a patient actually sees. No directory, listing, Maps or Yelp data was used. A clinic qualified if it published a phone number plus either an email address or an Instagram account. Surveyed 2026-08-08 to 2026-08-26. Clinics that serve more than one city are counted toward each city they serve, so the per-city counts add up to more than the Greater Toronto total and are not meant to sum to it.
Where we are
Menchi is built by Zalto Inc., a Mississauga company, a short drive from Oakville.
What Menchi does today
- Answers every call, including after hours and on weekends.
- Books appointments, and lets a caller reschedule or cancel their own appointment by phone once Menchi has verified who is calling.
- Reads the clinic’s Google Calendar, when connected, so it never offers a time that is already taken.
- Answers what a caller asks about services, preparation and aftercare, from what the clinic itself has told it.
- Records a callback request when the caller asks for a person or the question is clinical, so the clinic follows up.
- Writes up every call as a transcript the clinic can read the next morning.
Ontario privacy
A clinic in Oakville handles personal health information under PHIPA, and Menchi is built to that bar rather than retrofitted to it. Patient data stays in Canada, every sub-processor is published, and the clinic remains the health information custodian. We treat that as the baseline for handling patient calls in Ontario, not a selling point.
