What it takes to go live

Most clinics have nobody to set this up. No IT team, no integration budget, and no appetite for a project. So the honest question is not what Menchi can do, it is what going live costs you in hours and in waiting.

Here are the real numbers.

Your time: about 90 minutes

Ours is two and a half to four hours per clinic. Yours is the ninety minutes it takes to tell us how your clinic actually works: your treatments, your hours, your locations, what you want a caller to be told, and what you never want a caller to be told.

That conversation is the product. Everything Menchi says on your line comes out of it.

Signature to live: three to ten business days

Not three to ten days of work. Three to ten days of calendar, and the two things that stretch it are never the software:

  • Finding the ninety minutes. A clinic that can sit down this week goes live this week.
  • Your lawyer reading the paperwork. You are handing a vendor access to patient information, and your counsel should read that agreement properly. We would rather wait than have you skip it.

Three steps, and we do two of them

  1. We learn your clinic. The ninety-minute conversation above, turned into your clinic’s profile.
  2. You forward your line. One change with your phone provider, reversible in minutes. Nothing is installed on any computer in your office.
  3. We make the first call together. You listen to Menchi answer your own number before a single patient reaches her.

Why two steps stay manual on purpose

Forwarding your line and making that first test call are the two moments you decide whether to trust this. Automating them would not save you time worth having. It would remove the only part of onboarding where you get to hear the thing working on your own number, with us on the phone, before it matters.

The rest is already configuration rather than code, which is what lets the next clinic start without waiting for the last one to finish.

What we need from you

  • Your treatments, hours, locations and directions.
  • What a caller should hear when they ask something clinical.
  • Who on your team takes a callback, and how you want it flagged.
  • A signature from whoever can sign for the clinic.

You do not need a booking platform. Seven in ten of the fifty-six Greater Toronto aesthetics clinics we surveyed take bookings through their own web form or have no online booking at all, and Menchi keeps the schedule for them.

What it costs

Quoted per clinic after an intro call. Pricing depends on your call volume and how many locations you run, and we would rather give you a real number than a table you have to argue with.

Before you ask what it does not do

We publish that too. See the questions clinics ask, which includes what Menchi cannot do yet and what happens when a call needs a person.

Data handling is set out in full on our privacy page and every third party that touches a call is named on sub-processors.
